Purpose
Key Missions
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications and services using C#, .NET Core/.NET, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and REST APIs.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, estimation, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders in France to define business requirements, plan sprint deliverables, and demonstrate completed features.
- Architect and build scalable software solutions by defining application structures, design patterns, reusable components, and technical frameworks.
- Develop high-quality, secure, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards, source control practices, testing methodologies, and software engineering best practices.
- Conduct design reviews and code reviews, identify performance improvements, and drive technical excellence across development activities.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, troubleshooting, maintenance activities, and enhancement initiatives for globally deployed products.
- Mentor junior developers, contribute to technical governance, and provide guidance on architecture, development best practices, and complex technical problem solving.
Profile & Other Information
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software development using C#, .NET Core/.NET, Entity Framework, and SQL scripting.
- Strong experience developing REST APIs, web applications, and backend services in a modern Microsoft technology stack.
- Solid understanding of MSSQL databases, Git version control, and CI/CD concepts and deployment practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with direct collaboration across international teams and stakeholders.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude or similar AI platforms) is an advantage; strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset are essential.
