This role is responsible for the design, development and industrialization of electromechanical products or chips, maximizing business value and customer satisfaction.

Missions principales

  • Translates product needs into technical specifications
  • Designs product architecture corresponding to technical specifications
  • Oversees or carries out 3D and 2D drawings (for mechanical parts), schematics placement and layouts (for electronics designs
  • Improves design thanks to CAD (Computer Assisted Design) simulations and emulations
  • Oversees prototypes manufacturing
  • Carries out integration of sub-systems, qualification and validation of hardware design
  • Oversees certifications of products
  • Oversees mass production manufacturing (industrialization)
  • Writes technical guidance
  • Carries out technological watch
  • Participates to quotation for customers
  • Coordinates with stakeholders to solve design and development issues
  • Owns responsibility for solving complex problems
  • Leads and participates to the technology evolution and leads the products and processes innovation
  • Defines the vision for product and processes evolution for coming years,
  • Plays as external and internal ambassador
  • Presents internal and external
  • Acts as Senior Technical Lead
  • Supervises the work of technicians and engineers
  • Acts as Senior Technical Lead
  • Owns responsibility for all phases of complex project planning and control including schedules, budgets and results
  • Acts at least as Principal Engineer within the TEN
  • Works in total autonomy
