Purpose

This role manages the day to day sales relationship with the customer. The permanent target of this role is to deliver, protect and maximize the customer contract revenue in order retain customers and grow those opportunities.

Key Missions

We are looking for Manager Sales based at Mumbai who possess experience in selling IT solutions to BFSI and Fintech customers. In this role, the person will act as a vital catalyst for business expansion and will be responsible for growing our Digital business across BFSI, Fintech customers.

 

Main Responsibility:

•    Growing Digital business across BFSI, Fintech customers in West & South Region
•    Meeting / exceeding the targets covering the entire Sales Life Cycle (Prospecting to Sales covering Order-to-Cash)
•    Responsible for the execution of the strategic go to market and account plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
•    Primary Job function shall be business development in the BFSI vertical in west and south India for Biometric solutions / devices.
•    Actively contributing through market intelligence and feedback to contribute to the evolution of the company’s offerings portfolio
•    Actively participate in policy advocacy engagements with key institutions such as RBI, NPCI & UIDAI
•    Key Account Management
•    Maximize Idemia’s presence within the territory in existing key accounts as well as acquire new clients to achieve Order Intake and Revenue Recognition in line with the targets assigned for the year
•    Define the GTM strategy and demand creation strategy leading to bookings in these markets
•    Work closely with Product, Solution team, Delivery, Pre-sales, and other support functions to cater to customer requirements
•    Aligning the resources to support the demand creation process in an integrated and sustained manner
•    Identify new growth areas and formulate plans for sales growth in such areas
•    Create key account strategy and multi-layered engagement approach, including C level engagements, for a much deeper relationship management with customers
•    Building offers and propositions that are relevant to the buyers
•    Follow sales metrics and governance/compliance mechanisms in line with the company policies

 

Requirement
•    Engineering/ MBA from a reputed institution
•    Overall 10-15 years of experience in active target driven sales
•    Experience in selling IT solutions to BFSI and Fintech customers is a must requirement. Must have customer connects in these segments.
