Purpose
Key Missions
We are currently looking for a Warehouse Executive based at Mumbai.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
- Timely receipt of incoming material, physical verification & Issuance of materials to Shop-floor & in ERP.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile data with ERP.
- Maintain inventory levels and order merchandise as needed to ensure stock availability.
- Coordinate with Courier partners for pickup of RFD Materials.
- MIS Preparation and circulation with Courier partners and customers.
- Maintain standard ISO records up to date.
- Creating Dispatch entries and reconciliation in ERP.
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
Who are we looking for?
- Graduate in any stream.
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse management.
- Good knowledge of MS office and ERP System.
- Good Analytical and Reporting skills.
- Solution and result oriented.
- Hard working and high sense of urgency.
