Purpose
Key Missions
We are hiring for "D365 F&O Functional" role at Nida location.
Job description -
As such, your main responsibilities will be:
- Provide daily Functional support and maintenance for the MS D356 F&O system, with focus on Finance and Purchasing
- Manage, address and resolve incident and requests tickets and ensuring timely solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and Procurement.
- Delivering regular and customized training to key user teams within the business.
- Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures.
- Assisting with systems integrations.
- Supporting ERP implementations on Microsoft D365 F&O by training key-users, participating actively in UAT tests and Hypercare phase.
Required Skills -
- 2-5 years of experience supporting Microsoft D365 F&O, with strong focus on Finance and Purchasing modules
- Strong understanding of financial processes, including accounting, payments and procurement workflows
- Ability to work on complex architecture and interfaces landscape (workflows, connection with Kyriba, etc…)
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytic mindset.
- Fluency in English, as the role involves working with an international team
