Purpose
Key Missions
We are hiring for Executive - Artwork based at NSEZ, Phase 2, Noida. This role requires working in rotational shifts.
The Artwork Executive is responsible for creating, modifying, and validating artwork files used for payment card production, ensuring compliance with customer branding, EMV standards, and manufacturing requirements before releasing the files for card production.
Key roles & responsibilities include:
- Follow a sequence of instructions in the right order
- Acknowledge ownership of a job
- Check Design workability using usual common sense rules in Design activities (resolution, missing links/fonts, format)
- Ensure workability for Idemia of the Design received following manufacturing rules.
- Prepare Design elements that will be required in the Design phase for production smooth execution (“layers” principles)
- Execute the main Design activity
- Use automated tools and ensure proper execution of the systems
- Report back the execution of his/her tasks
- Alert hierarchically any problems that prevent to deliver as expected
- Notice improvement actions that can help in optimizing workflows
Profile & Other Information
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as:
- Adobe Illustrator
- CorelDRAW
- Photoshop
- Understanding of print production processes
- Experience with secure document or card manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail
