Assistant Manager- Production
Purpose
Key Missions
We are hiring for a Assistant Manager - Production based at NSEZ, Noida.
Key roles & responsibilities include:
- Ensures that products are produced and successful delivery of production on time according to customer SLA requirements and GMP (good manufacturing practice)
- Implements strategies in alignment with global strategic initiatives and provides a clear sense of direction and focus
- Responsible for overall manufacturing or personalization operation management by setting the objectives, strategies and plans to meet the KPIs, business priorities and customer needs
- Organizes, implements, supervises, controls and continuously improves the process, quality, equipment, cost and output indicators of the production process in the Manufacturing / Personalization
- Owns the accountability for annual budget and cost control in the area including material, investment in assets, personnel cost etc. to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the operation spending
- Esnures that the premises and equipment are maintained and serviced to function in a sound operating state
- Develops team competence, resource allocation, performance management and talent development to ensure team’s productivity and capabilities can meet the business sustained growth and production plan needs
- Supports to establish Manufacturing / Personalization facility consisting of design, construction, validation of facility and production operation system
- Oversees the preparation and management of complex GMP manufacturing facility development plans, budgets, and long-range planning
- Leads one or two sites within the same country
- Manages team deliveries, budget and responsible for team performance
- Manages team development, team engagement and responsible for team motivation
- Implements policy and strategy for short-term results (1 year or less)
- Faces problems that are difficult to moderately complex
- Requires ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches, and ability to communicate and influence others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures
- Leads the change to implement best practise to achieve the world-class performance
