Business Application Analyst EPM (IN)

Purpose

This role connects with internal customer to understand business requirements and translate them into technical and functional solution through group or local applications.

Key Missions

  • Ensures software applications meet technical and functional requirements 
  • Ensures compliance with application standards, good business practices and group processes
  • Manages or participates to group or local application(s) projects initial build or deployment
  • Ensures functional support, corrective maintenance and evolution of the application (Requirement analysis, definition of technical and functional specifications, system configuration, etc. 
  • Executes and manages tests campaign 
  • Writes application documentation (design document, user guide, specification, tests document, etc.) 
  • Prepares and performs users trainings 
  • Manages small or medium size business  application projects in autonomy
  • Sets up the schedule, resources and manage projects budget and reporting
  • Manages projects' stakeholders (risk management, resources, customer, etc.)
  • Coach more junior BAA within domain
  • Influences foster decision-making with the domain of expertise
  • Leads application project deployment within the functional domain
  • Collects and documents functional requirements from customers
  • Transforms the requirements into a solution
  • Ensures compliance with standards
  • Ensures Level 3 support within the functional domain
  • Manages complex and major issues and tasks
  • Proposes improvement ideas
  • Animates trainings for end users
  • Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables
  • Ensures handover to operation team
  • Works in full autonomy for all tasks
