Business Dashboard Reporting Analyst

Purpose
Key Missions
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Dashboard Reporting Analyst (Deputy Manager Purchasing) with a strong background in sourcing to join our Global team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and analyzing key business metrics through customized dashboards for Global leadership and Stakeholders. You will use your expertise in sourcing to help track vendor performance, sourcing strategies, and provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This is a hybrid role that requires both technical proficiency in data reporting and a deep understanding of procurement and sourcing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Dashboard Development & Management:
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms).
- Develop data visualizations that translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders at various levels.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze business performance metrics and present findings in clear and concise reports.
- Monitor KPIs related to sourcing activities, including supplier performance, cost savings, and supply chain efficiency.
- Serves as a PMO for project status reporting, providing updates to senior leadership and stakeholders. This includes tracking deliverables, milestones, risks, and issues and presenting regular progress reports.
Sourcing Support:
- Leverage sourcing data to assist procurement teams in identifying areas for cost reduction, supplier diversification, and improving vendor relationships.
- Provide insights into sourcing trends and risks, and track compliance with sourcing strategies and goals.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with business stakeholders (procurement, operations, finance, etc.) to identify data needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and business teams.
Data Integrity & Governance:
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data inputs, and work with data owners to resolve discrepancies.
- Establish data governance practices to ensure the highest level of data quality and security.
Continuous Improvement:
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance business intelligence capabilities.
- Stay updated on new technologies and best practices in data analytics and sourcing strategies.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in BI tools or data analytics (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) are a plus.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, dashboard reporting, or data analytics, with at least 5-6 years in a sourcing or procurement environment.
- Proven experience with sourcing strategies, vendor management, or supply chain analytics.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management:
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
