Purpose
This role ensures the success of IDEMIA’s compensation and benefits practices by designing, implementing, and executing campaigns and projects at a division or regional level to drive competitiveness and guide decision-making when attracting, developing, and retaining talent that will drive the business objectives.
Key Missions
Contributes/leads the design, implementation, and execution of compensation practices at a Division or regional Level, including compensation management programs, compensation structure, policies, and reward guidelines to reflect Division ambitions and strategies
Coordinates centrally or regionally the rollout of the annual Salary Review campaign, leading or contributing from the planning and preparation phase; including frameworks definition, tool preparation, training, and driving involved stakeholders until the conclusion of the campaign, ensuring the successful implementation of pay decisions
Executes expected actions or manages variable pay plans, which may include plan reshaping with Top Management, preparation of plan/cycle documents, framework definition, training plan design, communication, regional/central support, etc
Provides expertise on benchmarking practices for the HR network, advising on market competitiveness, internal equity and performing benchmarking when necessary
Drives continuous improvement of Compensation and Benefits practices regionally or globally, considering market trends and practices, internal needs, requirements, and clients' feedback
Participates and contributes or leads projects as part of Compensation and Benefits global roadmap, partnering with stakeholders in other regions and division functions
Is a subject matter expert on Compensation and Benefits elements in the region, sharing a clear understanding of the company principles, governance, policy, processes, and knowledge of market trends
Coordinates participation in surveys, benchmarks, and managing eventual initiatives led by external consultancy firms
Partners with International Mobility for duties that may involve policies review, designing frameworks for international assignees' reward programs
May also be looped to support the event of international mobility assignees being transferred from or to the regionComplies with key missions of the role in regional scope.
