Deputy Manager / Manager - Supply Chain

Purpose

This role works across the logistics teams and ensures efficient and effective material flows to meet the business objectives.

Key Missions

 

Responsibilities

•    Management of client order acknowledgement, On Time Deliveries within specified TAT 
•    Material Management: MRP, Ordering Optimization, Supplier Performance Monitoring, On Time arrivals.
•    Drive Inventory Management: Controlling inventory levels as per Budget/ Organization needs.
•    Warehouse Management – Leading a warehouse team focused on material reception, storage, issuance and timely dispatch of material.
•    Working with purchasing on Pull In/Push out for raw material and alternate sourcing projects.
•    Anticipate actions with R&D/Product Team for phase in/out of models to avoid obsolescence.
•    Report out monthly results to Finance with article-by-article production, sales, stocks, consumption, scrap, inventory forecast values.
•    Working with Controlling on Budget & Product Cost (Inter Co Price Calculation)
•    Working with logistics team for Imports/ Exports clearance and for cost efficient movement of goods (Air, Ocean Decision)
•    Active participation on ERP deployment
•    Ensure linearity in production across all times, align ramp up, ramp down as when required.

 

Skills Required

  • Looking for committed and energetic team manager with excellent communication skills and results-focused experience in end-to-end supply chain operations.
  • Hands experience in ERP environment is must. Education requirements: Graduate Engineer with 6-10 years of experience.
