Functional Support Analyst - Microsoft D365 ( F&O)

Purpose
Role Overview
To reinforce our worldwide IT support, we are hiring a Business Application Support professional focused on Microsoft D365 F&O (Finance modules) and Access Rights Management.
Within the Group's evolving Information Systems Department, you will join a multi-cultural team working on major international projects in a dynamic merger context. As a key ERP support contact, you will be the primary referent for Business teams on Microsoft D365 ERP F&O and access rights management. You will collaborate with IT entities and business units spanning America, Europe, and Asia.
Key Missions
Key Responsibilities
• Provide support to ERP users and participate in the evolutionary and corrective maintenance of existing business applications.
• Support various audits related to access management.
• Build new user roles and profiles during implementation projects.
• Manage incident tickets and requests, maintaining an up-to-date database of queries and resolutions.
• Identify and resolve technical issues.
• Deliver regular and customized training to key user teams within the business.
• Maintain and update technical documents and procedures.
• Assist with systems integrations.
• Support ERP implementations on Microsoft D365 (Accounting) by training key users and participating in UAT tests.
• Participate in return-of-experience analysis to develop long-term, robust solutions.
• Collaborate with integration teams to ensure accurate end-to-end business processes.
Profile & Other Information
Experience/skils required:
• 2-3 years of experience supporting Microsoft D365 F&O, with strong focus on Finance modules (accounting, O2C)
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including accounting, payments and procurement workflows
• Ability to work on complex architecture and interfaces landscape (workflows, connection with Kyriba, etc…)
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytic mindset.
• Fluency in English, as the role involves working with an international team
