Purpose

This role ensures on-time, accurate, and compliant employee and HR-related data management, while efficiently addressing requests from internal and external stakeholders.

Key Missions

  • Maintains employment records, including statutory documents, personal and job history, performance, compensation, skills, retirement, insurance, and leave details, ensuring all data in the core HR system is accurate and up to date. 
  • Leads the operational implementation of all employee lifecycle events, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Ensures all HR records, processes, and documentation comply with company policies and local labor regulations.
  • Manages payroll and employment-related processes, including hiring, terminations, contract renewals, labor law compliance, trainee programs, expatriate administration, and retirement processing.
  • Identifies opportunities to drive continuous improvement in processes and procedures
  • Coordinates with external agencies and vendors, including benefits providers, insurance companies, and third-party administrators (TPAs), to ensure smooth claim settlements and benefits administration. 
  • Provides timely reporting and analytics on workforce data such as headcount, demographics, absenteeism, performance, overtime, and attrition to support management decisions.
  • Supports compensation and rewards program administration, including employee benefits and related reporting requirements for government agencies, insurance providers, and other external bodies. 
  • Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement in HR operations, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Participates in internal and external HR audits, ensuring timely documentation and corrective actions where required.
  • Maintains and updates the Employee Handbook, HR policies, and processes on the company intranet and local systems.
  • Collaborates effectively with the Compensation & Benefits team, HR Business Partners, and the Finance team on HR operational matters.
  • Manages employee files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards. 
  • Responds efficiently to HR-related queries, ensuring a high standard of employee service and communication.
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data management, reporting, and documentation.
