Purpose
This role ensures the effective operation and optimization of the SuccessFactors platform by providing efficient technical support to users, supporting annual HR campaigns, managing project-related tasks, and continuously enhancing HR processes.
Key Missions
We are hiring for HRIS Administrator position based at Noida.
Key roles and responsibilities include:
- Ensures software applications meet technical and functional requirements
- Ensures compliance with application standards, good business practices and group processes
- Participates to group or local application(s) projects deployment
- Ensures level 1 and 2 support, corrective maintenance and evolution of the application (requirement analysis, definition of technical and functional specifications, system configuration, etc.)
- Executes and manages tests campaign
- Writes application documentation (design document, user guide, specification, tests document, etc.)
- Prepares and performs users trainings
- Collects and documents functional requirements from customers
- Transforms the requirements into a solution
- Maintain application(s) configuration
- Animates trainings for end users
- Works under the supervision of a Senior Solution Owner
Profile & Other Information
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms - 2 to 3 years minimum for Modules as Core HR, Compensation, Performance, LMS, Talent
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
