HRIS Support Administrator

Purpose

This role connects with internal customer to understand business requirements and translate them into technical and functional solution through group or local applications.

Key Missions

  • Ensures software applications meet technical and functional requirements 
  • Ensures compliance with application standards, good business practices and group processes
  • Manages or participates to group or local application(s) projects initial build or deployment
  • Ensures functional support, corrective maintenance and evolution of the application (Requirement analysis, definition of technical and functional specifications, system configuration, etc. 
  • Executes and manages tests campaign 
  • Writes application documentation (design document, user guide, specification, tests document, etc.) 
  • Prepares and performs users trainings 
  • Collects and documents functional requirements from customers
  • Transforms the requirements into a solution
  • Participates to Level 2 support within the functional domain
  • Interacts with end users and supports on complex issues and tasks and troubleshooting, defining and documenting the working instructions and escalate requests to the right technical team
  • Maintains application(s) configuration
  • Animates trainings for end users
  • Works under the supervision of a Senior or Expert BAA
