Purpose

This role installs and maintains operating systems, applications, servers, virtualization, network devices and backup systems to ensure stable performance.

Key Missions

We are hiring for a IT Syatem Administrator based at NSEZ, Noida.

Key roles and responsibilities include:

  • Support end points including hardware and software
  • Install, make changes and repair of basic & industrial computer hardware
  • Administration of AD/ DNS / DHCP / FS / SFTP/proxy
  • Windows client & servers OS installation and configuration
  • L1 support of VMware and windows environment
  • Configuration & implementation of WSUS servers, Patch Management, deployment and end to end troubleshooting of servers as well client.
  • Regular Server /storage Hardware level support and coordination with OEM
  • L1 support on network Switches /Firewalls, configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Supporting , configuring and maintaining  Antivirus solution server & end points
  • basic knowledge of Veeam backup or other backup solution
  • Ensures to follow governance model and processes (change management, root cause analysis, documentation, etc.)
  • Creates and maintains documentation related to their activities

To succeed in the above mission, you will need to have following skills/experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree /Diploma in IT/ equivalent
  • Relevant Experience – 4-6 years
  • Good understanding & experience of end point support , Network & server level supports
  • Preferred - Microsoft Certification (MCSE)/Vmware Certified or equivalent certification in relevant programs desired
