Purpose

This role ensures the global protection of the Group's interests by safeguarding its operations, employees, material assets and information in all circumstances and in all locations where the Group is present and/or operates.

Key Missions

We are looking for Security Manager based at Noida (NSEZ).

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitoring of site security via Access control, CCTV and Intrusion detection system.
  • Ensure timely response to alarms generated by alarm and access control system.
  • Granting and removal of access to visitors as required.
  • Monitoring of key operational processes (Vehicle loading/unloading, Shredding, People entry /Exit via H.S.A doors and Main gate at boundary.
  • Co-ordination with Local security Manager for emergency and abnormal situations.
  • Shift report preparation and handover /takeover of assets during shift change.
  • CCTV Reference image checking and reporting deviation to Local Security Manager.
  • Managing loading bay outer shutters Opening/closing.
  • Reconciliation of access rights programmed in system vs approved in physical access set up forms.
  • Involve in kaizen participation for improvements.
  • Responding G4S alarms calls.
  • Willing to work in 3 shifts (including night shift)
  • To adhere to QMS, EHS, security processes, customer and schemes requirements.
  • Shall adhere to any other industry standards /policies as may be implemented in the organization from time to time.
  • “Shall practice, participate and comply with the company’s management policy“
  • Maintain confidentiality of security deployement and related infrastructure.
  • Maintenance of security system (Access control, CCTV and Alarm system).
  • Installation and configuration of security system (Access control, CCTV and Alarm system).

 

Who are we looking for?
To succeed in the above mission, following skills/experience/qualification are required: 

  • Academic: Degree in Computer science or Electronic & Communication or relevant degree in Security domain.
  • 5 – 8 Years in security control room operations or monitoring station.
  • Knowledge of Access control, CCTV and Alarm system.
  • Preference to the person who has Knowledge of English reading, writing and speaking.
  • Electronics & Communication or electrical diploma/ degree will be given preference.
  • Person with IT & Networking knowledge will be given preference.
