PMO Leader

Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven PMO Leader to oversee and drive a high-impact disentanglement program. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing the PMO framework, orchestrating cross-functional activities, and ensuring the successful delivery of the full end-to-end transition program—on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business objectives.
Key Missions
- Program Leadership: Own the overall delivery of the disentanglement program, ensuring clarity of objectives, alignment with strategic goals, and accountability across workstreams.
- PMO Establishment: Set up and manage the program governance structure, methodologies, reporting standards, and tools to monitor program performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between senior leadership, key stakeholders, and external partners. Maintain clear communication across all levels.
- Planning & Execution: Define and manage integrated project plans, critical path timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation strategies, and dependencies across workstreams.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify, track, and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID), escalating where necessary and implementing corrective actions.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial controls to ensure efficient resource use.
- Change Management: Support and drive change management efforts to ensure smooth operational and cultural transitions between the entities.
- Reporting: Provide transparent, consistent reporting to steering committees and executive sponsors through dashboards, KPIs, and status reports.
Profile & Other Information
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in program/project management with a strong track record of delivering complex transformation programs.
- Proven experience managing carve-outs, mergers, acquisitions, or disentanglement programs is essential.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations.
Skills:
