Purpose

Starcove is a digital platform that allow customers to reorder/track SIM, generate eSIM profiles and automate eSIM invoicing.
The solution is growing : more and more customers, more and more projects. The team need support from a Platform Admin Officers on 'Operation RUN' to continue to optimize the digital transformation.

Platform Admin Officer should ensure that the Starcove platform is working well.
He is working in close collaboration with the Starcove service manager to ensure customer service satisfaction.

Key Missions

The candidate will be working in close collaboration with the Starcove service manager to ensure customer service satisfaction.

 

Roles and responsibilities:

 

Administrate the platform

  • Monitor to ensure platform is available
  • User management: access creation/deactivation
  • Support Starcove service manager
  • Manage existing data.

 

Follow up all requests on platform until it is resolved

  • Analyze issues in IT systems (AX ERP, Sales Force, Boomi, etc.) to find the root cause
  • IT bug qualification, IT ticket opening and follow up process until resolution with stakeholders
  • Update orders/platform issues (file): Follow up of criticality and prioritization
  • Follow up of the tracking orders with Logistic team
  • Escalate request for new features.

 

Reporting

  • Weekly/Monthly Starcove reporting
  • Weekly Starcove RUN status: SIM/ESIM order tracker
  • Email tracker (received by customer).

 

Data management

  • Accuracy of data process on the platform (prices, SLA, PD, IF etc.): contact CS/Sales/TC if data missing
  • Data cleaning for each customer: external/internal contacts and orders
  • Prepare data for customer deployment.

 

 

Profile & Other Information

Skills : English, autonomy, rigor, ability to learn quicky, teamwork, good in communication, customer centric and good sense.

Between 3 to 6 Years of experience required.
