Purpose
Key Missions
Lead the Salesforce team responsible for delivery, support, enhancements, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform and integrated enterprise applications. Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, Salesforce delivery teams, and external partners while managing project execution, team performance, and application roadmap initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the Salesforce team (Tech Lead and Developers)
- Define goals, priorities and ensure delivery excellence
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, resources and budgets
- Lead requirements gathering, workshops and solution design
- Ensure alignment with business goals and best practices
- Manage stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams
- Oversee UAT, deployments, releases and change management
- Monitor SLA/KPIs and drive continuous improvement
- Provide Level 3 support and drive RCA and problem resolution

- Salesforce Platform: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud Advanced, Pardot, Agentforce
