Senior Engineer- Technical Support

Purpose
Key Missions
Experience & background:
- B.E, B.Tech Degree in Electronics, E&TC, BSC-IT degree
- Having 2 to 5 year experience in Access control system/Biometric Technologies
- Have carried out troubleshoots at customer site, related to ACS & CCTV products.
- Knowledge of Computer Networking LAN/WAN environment
- Experience in handling customer request
- Proficient in English communicator, through written and oral medium
- Comfortable with the Office 365 software suite
- Work Experience in Biometric & ACS
- Understanding of Access control Card Technologies
Profile & Other Information
#Technical skills
- Self-driven, results orientated, customer focused
- Previous experience in a similar application & hardware support environment
- Knowledge of SQL database administration
- Understanding customer’s implemented eco-system
- Proven working experience in customer Project handling on site related issues
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Able to work under pressure, with minimum supervision (Autonomous)
- Supervised ACS, VMS or a turnkey solution, shall be added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Independent Problem-solving and communication skills.
- Should be autonomous in driving and co-leading & recurring processes
