Purpose

This role is responsible for defining the system integration strategy and configuring, installing and validating IDEMIAs solutions that best addresses customers' requirements and optimize IDEMIAs business value.

We are hiring for  Integration Engineer at Noida location.

Role Summary
Responsible for platform integration and deployment of M2M and consumer eSIM platform (Embedded SIM Remote Provisioning) for on premise global deployments.

 

Keyskills:  Docker, Kubernetes, Saltstack, MySQL, MongoDB,  Ngnix, Ha Proxy, SSL, Linux, Ubuntu, Shell Scripting, , Prometheus, Git Hub, Redis, Grafana, JIRA, Confluence, Azure, Terraform, pipelines.


Key Responsibilities  

  • Deploy and support client activities on HSA platform such as production environments along with non-HSA platform such as SIT, validation, PoC.
  • Perform independent deployment validations before releasing environment to client testing.
  • Interface with client technical team members to provide technical support and act as the first level technical contact during deployment and support of the platform.
  • Perform first level validation of client reported issues including reading logs and issue identification.
  • Act as internal technical SPOC between client technical team, LTC, DPS teams, E2E testing team to ensure timely execution of technical task to project plan and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Bridge integration activities between client and global deployment team for accomplishing deployment and integration tasks.
  • Support client testing in their time zone to provide speedy response during deployment and integration process.
  • Troubleshoot software issues working with developers to solve technical issues.
  • Track and support issues resolutions after UAT.
  • Share knowledge and learn with other members of the team.
  • Support deployment of the application/software in production network
     

Job Requirements
Relevant experience of 4-6 years in deployment and integration with hands on experience in the following;
 

  • Linux OS
  • Scripting and automation.
  • Kubernetes, Docker, Docker-Compose
  • Networking (IP subnet, OSI, routing, etc.)
  • REST, SOAP API.
  • HA-Proxy, FluentD, Redis, Prometheus, Graphana.
  • SSL certificate creation, signing, mutual SSL, HTTP.
  • MySQL queries.
  • Telecom knowledge (SMPP protocols).
  • Certification in Azure, AWS, GCP would be an added advantage.
  • Understanding of terraform modules and pipelines would be an added advantage.
