Purpose

This role installs and maintains operating systems, applications, servers, virtualization, network devices and backup systems to ensure stable performance.

Key Missions

We are looking for Senior Network Engineer based at Noida (NSEZ).

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Between 6 to 9 Years of experience is required.
  • Manage and configure Network Security appliance i.e Firewalls - Cisco FTD,  Fortinet & FMC Management ,L3 switching, Proxy
  • Good understanding of Routing, Switching & VPNs technologies
  • Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks
  • Design, setup and configure complex switching HP, CISCO environments
  • Responsible for network infrastructure over scope sites in the organization
  • Assist in the design of multi-server environments including IP address schemes, Cabling layout, Network Design etc.
  • Maintaining multi-site network operations and software applications, operating systems and  regular maintenance with both private and public facilities
  • responding to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel and outside vendors etc. to provide technical assistance and support
  • Supervising the administration related network to ensure availability of services to authorized Users
  • Troubleshooting malfunctions of network hardware and systems to resolve operational issues and restore services.
  • Sftp/mail server configuration and management, day to day issues from internal & external customers.
  • Ensuring Network resources availability by Backup/Spare/HA/archiving
  • L3 support for log collection, implement new reports, alerts and filters.
  • L3  Support for facilitates enhanced detection and containment capabilities for the SOC.
  • Compliance  management &  Support Management-task & projects timely & proactively

Profile & Other Information

To succeed in the above mission, you will need to have following skills/experience:

  • Bachelor degree /Diploma in IT/ equivalent
  • CCNA/CCNP Certified or equivalent certification in relevant programs desired
  • 06-08  Years in Network administration
  • Must have deep understanding  of CISCO FTD and FMC Management
  • Basic understanding of Systems & server administration – Virtual environment
