Senior Sales Manager

Purpose
We are looking for a highly experienced sales leader to drive business growth for our Biometric Access Control portfolio in India. The ideal candidate must have deep domain knowledge, strong customer relationships, and a proven track record of building and managing large enterprise/government accounts, channel partners, and global access control alliances.
Key Missions
Key Responsibilities
• Lead India sales for Biometric Access Control solutions; own revenue and market expansion.
• Drive new business in enterprise, government, infrastructure, BFSI, IT/ITES, and manufacturing sectors.
• Build and manage relationships with CXO-level decision makers (CIO/CSO/CISO/Security Directors).
• Grow and enable partner ecosystem including system integrators, distributors, and global AC partners.
• Lead consultative/solution selling, RFP responses, PoCs, and large project closures.
• Deliver accurate forecasts, pipeline management, and structured QBRs.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and marketing to meet customer requirements.
• Provide competitive insights and influence product roadmap.
Profile & Other Information
Key Requirements
• 15 years of sales experience in Biometrics, Access Control, Identity Management, or Physical Security.
• Strong domain knowledge of access control hardware/software, integration platforms, and security ecosystems.
• Established relationships with enterprise customers, government departments, and SI/OEM partners.
• Proven ability to close large complex deals and manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, planning, and customer management skills.
• Self-driven, strategic thinker, and capable of leading teams.
• Willingness to travel across India.
