Purpose
We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented Senior Executive and Team Leader commercial to manage and oversee all Customs and SEZ-related operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and coordinating end-to-end export and import activities for the NSEZ unit.
Key Missions
• Act as the primary interface with Customs NSEZ for all operational matters.
• Ensure strict compliance with the Customs Act, SEZ Rules & Regulations, Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), and GST provisions.
• Prepare Export Invoices and Packing Lists in ERP D365.
• File Shipping Bills, ETP, and upload relevant documents through ICEGATE and sezonline.com.
• Coordinate with the customs office for examination of goods and obtain Let Export Order (LEO) at Customs NSEZ.
• Generate E-Way Bills and Air Waybills (DHL/FedEx).
• Track export shipments and ensure on-time dispatch and delivery.
• Prepare DTA invoices and file DTA Bills of Entry via ICEGATE/sezonline.com.
• Coordinate duty and IGST payments through the SEZ ledger.
• Liaise with SEZ customs for assessment, examination, and release of shipments.
• Verify import documents such as AWB, Invoice, Packing List, IGM, etc.
• File Bills of Entry and follow up for assessment and clearance at Delhi Airport / ICD / CFS.
• Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities for timely cargo release.
• Manage and monitor movement of cleared cargo to Noida SEZ.
