Sr. Executive - Inventory Management & Obsolescence

Purpose
Key Missions
We are hiring for a Senior Executive - Supply Chain Back Office (Inventory & Obsolescence) based at Noida, SEZ - Phase 2.
Key roles and responsibilities include:
- Administers strategies meant to optimize organizational capacity and support organizational business objectives
- Collects data and prepares analyses forecasting demand or predicting inventory needs
- Works with Excel data where the data being processed comes from multiple sources
- Collaborates with leadership on identifying and implementing efficiency or performance improvements
- Gathers and interprets relevant data (costs, productivity, demand patterns, etc.)
- Investigates problems, finds root causes, and develops solutions
- Develops periodic performance reports and distributes them to stakeholders
- Monitors performance KPIs for compliance and reporting
- Provides analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals
- Coordinates updating daily, weekly, monthly dashboards and scorecards
- Manipulates and extrapolates that Supply Chain Data
- Owns responsibility for identifying and tracking resource consumption
- Analyzes and makes recommendations for inventory re-order points for shortages, overages, or other issues
- Updates weekly and ad-hoc reporting to ensure accuracy of inventory, costs, destination, or other customer needs
- Partners with other Supply Chain team members and leadership to investigate problems and develop solutions to maintain an efficient supply chain
- Holds experience and knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures within two or more of the relevant fields
- Relies on instructions, pre-established guidelines or on limited experience and judgement to plan and accomplish the functions and goals of the job
- Works under general supervision
- Reports typically to a supervisor or manager
