Purpose
Key Missions
We are hiring for a Senior Executive - SCBO (Supply chain back office) based at NSEZ, Noida.
Key roles and responsibilities include:
- Coordination with Central Controlling Team for accurate Transfer Price applied for every Intercompany Sales Order.
- Validation of Transfer Price in Sales Orders from Idemia Sites on behalf of Controlling Team.
- Meetings/Coordination with multiple manufacturing Sites for wrongly inserted Price against orders and correction.
- Open Work Order Validation & Closure in HUB
- Provision of Accrual & Destruction in Data file Updating.
- Quality / Sanity check of data to be performed.
- Gap analysis based on findings and errors in the data model/reports.
- Recommend improvements to the reporting using modelling and large datasets.
- Develop the analytics required to visualize opportunities and measure progresses for controlling & supply chain.
- Should be able to work in multiple time zones
Profile & Other Information
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Master degree in a Finance / M Com, Preferably MBA in Finance
- 2-3 years of experience in a Finance, Accounting & highly analytical environment.
- Sound experience of Finance & accounting.
- Strong data analysis skills, ability to produce, interpret and draw conclusions from data.
- Experience in statistical analysis and datamining.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Organized, self-starter and a quick learner. Must be an independent problem solver that can make high quality judgments and quick decisions.
- Excellent organization & Communication skills confidently present to all levels within the company is required.
