Team Lead / Assistant Manager - Industralization Engineering

Purpose
Key Missions
We are hiring for a Team Lead / Assistant Manager - Industralization Engineering based at NSEZ, Noida.
Role & responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end industrialization (NPI, process setup, validation, and ramp-up)
- Define, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes (process flow, parameters, IQ/OQ/PQ) to ensure capability, yield, and cost efficiency
- Manage projects with clear milestones, risk assessment, and timely delivery
- Build and present investment cases (technical, capacity, and cost analysis)
- Drive technology transfer and standardization across sites
- Ensure availability of technical documentation (SOPs, specifications, work instructions)
- Analyze standard cycle time of equipment
- Drive process performance improvement (yield, scrap, cycle time) and support production through structured problem-solving
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, Production) and interface with suppliers for equipment qualification
- Lead and mentor a team of industrialization engineers/technicians
Key Skills
- Strong expertise in industrialization, NPI, and process engineering
- Knowledge of process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), yield improvement, and line optimization
- Project and stakeholder management skills
- Continuous improvement mindset (Lean/Six Sigma)
- Experience in electronics/smart card/secure manufacturing preferred
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electronics/Industrial or related)
- 8-12 years of relevant experience, with team handling exposure
