Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect with overall experience of not less than 12 years with 5–6 years of experience in designing, developing and implementing scalable software solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical architectures, guiding development teams and ensuring best practices in software design and delivery.

 

Key Missions

Key Responsibilities

  • Architecture & Design:
    • Design scalable, secure and high-performance solutions aligned with business needs.
    • Create architecture blueprints, technical documentation, and system roadmaps.
  • Technology Leadership:
    • Evaluate, recommend and implement tools, third party solutions, frameworks and best practices.
    • Guide development teams in coding standards, design patterns and technical problem-solving.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with product managers, business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements.
    • Collaborate with DevOps, QA and security teams for smooth delivery.
  • Delivery Oversight:
    • Ensure adherence to architecture guidelines and timelines.
    • Review code, conduct design reviews and support troubleshooting of complex issues.
  • Innovation:
    • Stay updated with emerging technologies and assess applicability to ongoing projects.
    • Drive technical improvements in scalability, maintainability, and performance.

 

Profile & Other Information

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • Relevant overall experience of not less than 12 years in developing enterprise solutions
  • 5–6 years of experience in software development and architecture roles.
  • Strong knowledge of system design, microservices, APIs and integration patterns.
  • Hands-on expertise in at least one technology stack (Java/.NET)
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proficiency in databases (SQL & NoSQL).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English verbal and written

 

Good to Have

  • Exposure to front-end frameworks like Angular.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Any prior experience and knowledge of biometrics solutions
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
