Technical Engineer (System Integrator)

Purpose
Key Missions
As a System Integrator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integrated systems that meet the technological needs of the organization. You will collaborate with various teams, analyze requirements, and ensure seamless integration of hardware, software, and network components.
Responsibilities
Integration Planning:
Develop comprehensive integration plans, considering hardware, software, and network components.
Identify potential challenges and devise mitigation strategies.
Implementation and Deployment:
Coordinate the installation and deployment of integrated systems.
Ensure proper configuration and connectivity of all components.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough testing of integrated systems to ensure functionality and performance.
Address and resolve any issues identified during the testing phase.
Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, integration processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, network engineers, and project managers.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on integration progress.
Troubleshooting and Support:
Provide technical support for integrated systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Security and Compliance:
Ensure that integrated systems comply with security standards and regulatory requirements.
Implement security measures to safeguard data and infrastructure.
Upgrades and Enhancements:
Stay informed about the latest technologies and recommend upgrades or enhancements to existing systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Integrator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of hardware, software, and network components.
- Proficiency in system integration tools and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles.
- Experience is Biometric Solution will be strong value added.
