Technical Project Manager

Purpose

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager based in Noida India. With a strong leadership, responsible for the cost, the on-time delivery and the quality of the projects in the MYS region. The Service Line Department of the IPS Travel and Transport is responsible to deliver, on a worldwide basis, the BUILD phase (projects) of a program.

Key Missions

•    Acts as the technical lead to support the delivery of the project (BUILD phase) in time, within cost with the right level of quality from the specification to the ramp up phase of the project.
•    Manage and follow technically the project and its schedule with the different stakeholders: customer, subcontractors and IDEMIA contributors.
•    Acts as the scrum master to ensure that the project development follows the agile methodology
•    Provide strong technical leadership and guidance to the technical team across the India.
•    Understands and analyzes customer requirements, data format specifications, interface specifications, etc and translate them into technical document.
•    Technical and requirements authority for all technical, operational and customer related activities.
•    Own and develop relationship with partners, customers and internal product team working with them to optimize our delivery.
•    Help design, document and maintain system processes and specifications.
•    Liaise with global product teams, technical experts and software factory, customers and external partners, to
o    Design, development and testing of the developed/customize software
o    Guide the resolution of intricate technical problems leveraging skillset throughout the organization.
•    Participate in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement plans.
•    Support presales activities in India or APAC by providing technical inputs and quotation, in accordance with the practices where the Core solutions and expertise in a domain are developed.
•    Coach, motivate and mentor team members with the intent to build a credible and motivate team to serve our customer with pride, passion and professionalism.   
•    Subject Matter Expert for all PSI related domain, technologies and operations.

 

Qualifications
•    More than 10 - 15 years of technical experiences and 5 years of team management experiences.
•    Involved in many software development cycles and familiar in SDLC and/or agile project implementation.
•    Exceptionally strong analytical and problem solving skill.
•    Mature people management and team building. A people manager.
•    Exceptionally strong customer management
•    Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and to work with all levels of staff
•    Must have a positive attitude, team player, energetic and passionate with technology
•    Ability to work independently, reliable, self-discipline, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
•    Ability to be innovative and drive continuous improvement
•    Has at least a university degree in IT/Software Engineering. 
•    To be successful in this role he/she must be an independent, self-starter and have a positive attitude towards learning business, operation and technology.
