Key Missions

La mission en collaboration avec l'assistante de Direction consistera à contribuer aux activités de l'équipe d'assistants de de la ligne de produits :

  • Accueil et Support administratif des collaborateurs internationaux
  • Organisation réunions – Gestion agendas des équipes
  • Pilotage et Organisation des Déplacements et des Notes de frais
  • Pilotage des stages découvertes (prise de candidatures, organisation planning, intégration stagiaires)
  • Gestion de bases documentaires (actualisation des présentations, rédaction de procédures sous notre cloud) 
  • Support à la rédaction de communications internes et animation des outils de communication (Notes de service, Annonces, Flash et Newsletter)
  • Aide à la gestion de l’agencement (support aux équipes pour confort des postes de travail, interface avec les services support, commande et gestion stock fournitures, affichage et signalisation des espaces).

Profil : 

Formation : BTS SAM ou GPME 

Niveau Bac+1/2

Rigoureux(se) et organisé(e), vous avez de bonnes capacités d'écoute et de concentration.

Vous avez la capacité à passer d'un sujet à l'autre et avez le gout du travail d'équipe.
