Purpose

As part of the "Operation" team of the Road Safety Business Line, you guarantee the operational availability of IDEMIA road safety systems deployed at our various customers in France and abroad.

Key Missions

As a CSE in the field of road safety, your main missions will be: 

  • Represent IDEMIA to our clients in the management of technical facts. 
  • Ensure the operational availability of IDEMIA's road safety products to customers, 
  • Master the analysis of incoming technical facts, identify the root causes and possibly identify a fix with the support of R&D and ensure its management, 
  • From the knowledge acquired of the products, to have the ability to transmit this data in customer training cycles in France and abroad for commissioning, use and maintenance, 
  • Ensure weekly reporting to the department and Technical Support managers. 

The topics to be analysed will require good computer skills as well as system architecture and they will be carried out in collaboration with the R&D teams.
