HR Business Partner junior

Purpose
Reporting to the Human Resources team at the R&D center in Osny (95), we offer you
the opportunity to join and develop within a close-knit team, committed to meeting business challenges while
taking into account the human aspect and legal constraints.
Key Missions
As a Generalist HR Trainee, you will support managers in the development
of their teams, and your main tasks will be:
1. Training
- Deployment of the skills development plan in conjunction with our outsourced partner
- Preparation of mandatory reports (training report, provisional plan, mid-year report) -
Follow-up of training KPIs
2. Recruitment/ Integration/ Departure:
- Monitor recruitment in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team
- Organize and ensure smooth integration of employees
- Monitor employee exit processes (e.g. end of trial period or resignation
).
3. School relations
4. Support HRBPs at key times in the HR calendar: performance review, salary review,
talent/people review, etc.
5. Guarantee employee satisfaction by answering their day-to-day HR question(s)
while drawing on the technical expertise of dedicated HR departments (such as payroll, for example
).
6. Support and participate in HR projects on an ad hoc basis, particularly with regard to CSR issues.

- Available for 2 years, preferably on a work-study basis
- Experience(s) in a company appreciated
