IT Purchasing Administrative Officer

Purpose

This role ensures the timely supply of goods and services, adding value to IDEMIA's business and purchasing stakeholders by preparing purchase requests/orders, driving process and tool efficiency, and providing valuable insights into purchasing activities, markets, and suppliers.

Key Missions

  • Manage the creation and tracking of Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Ensure the smooth execution of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and handle dispute resolution
  • Maintain and update the reference database of supplier quotations, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders
  • Manage specific assets (e.g., mobile phone fleet)
  • Verify the compliance of purchase requests (budget, contracts, purchase history)
  • Contribute to the renewal of licenses and the management of subcontractor contracts
  • Track and analyze expenditures and cost savings
  • Maintain and update the project spending dashboard
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of procurement tools and processes

Profile & Other Information

  • Bac +2 or Bac +3 with 2 to 5 years of experience in administrative sales, purchasing assistant, or import/export
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Purchase management skills
  • Reactivity and accountability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Knowledge of D365 (purchasing module)
  • Knowledge of Power BI
  • Understanding of legal aspects related to purchasing
  • Knowledge of IT tools and services
  • Proficiency in English
