Purpose
The JPS entity wishes to control the design of its kiosks, currently produced in the USA via a subcontractor, and to make any necessary changes according to its customers' needs.
The aim of this internship is to update the product manufacturing files with the required evolutions and to support the Idemia industrialization team, which is supervising the addition of a new integrator in Asia.
Key Missions
The Mechanical Engineering Department is looking for a mechanical development trainee for 14 weeks. The internship will focus on the use of mechanical CAD tools (Créo) to design parts to be modified on the new version.
The aim is to have a complete, mastered file that we can send to our new integrator for manufacture.

- Digitize the main kiosk components in order to develop them further.
- Propose solutions to make the fingerprint capture section height-adjustable.
- Design and define the chosen digital solution using CREO
- Drawing of the parts making up the chosen solution
- Prototyping, assembly and validation
- Fine-tuning before production launch
- Creation of definition and justification file
