Product Director (Europe) H/F

Purpose
We are currently looking for a Deputy Product Lead to lead the product strategy, vision, and development of our portfolio developed in Europe.
The role will be to lead a team of product managers in France and Romania to develop and execute the strategy for a portfolio of cutting-edge identity and security products. You will be responsible for the P&L and overall success of these products in the global market, ensuring alignment with company priorities and financial goals.
Key Missions
You will also help us:
- Lead strategic planning and management of the entire European product portfolio, aligning vision, strategy, and roadmap to position the company as a global supplier.
- Oversee financial responsibility for product development in Europe, ensuring profitability and alignment with the company’s financial strategy.
- Drive global expansion and growth of European product lines, with a particular focus on Europe.
- Manage and be accountable for product development teams based in France and Romania, ensuring products meet strategic, scalability, customization, and cybersecurity standards.
- Engage in presales and tender processes to support product offerings, creating and presenting strategic proposals and business cases.
- Define and monitor key company KPIs, implementing measures to meet objectives and leading the product management team to foster continuous improvement.
Profile & Other Information
You will be successful in the role if you have:
- Working experience of 15 years and 10 years in a leadership position (e.g. Head or Product or Product Director)
- Product and solution development experience, System integration experience (hardware, software, in-house and third-party applications).
- Engagement with senior stakeholders (internally and with clients) and ability to lead senior level meetings (steering comm.) & workshops (design workshops)
- Experience in IT processing, databases, network, web technology, production management, chips industry.
- Knowledge in Finance (project financial management) / Generation or review costs estimates, margin, cash flow, invoicing [...]
- Proven experience and understanding of Supplier & Risk management, the candidate has strong comprehension of legal processes and contract management.
Even better if you have an experience in Biometric Systems and/or government projects
