Corporate Supply Chain Procurement Officer

Purpose

We are looking for a Corporate Supply Chain Procurement Officer to support our Identity Documents division. In this role, you will manage procurement, subcontracting, and inventory transactions, ensuring a seamless supply chain for critical materials and products.

 

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director of the ISI entity (Identity Documents), you will oversee procurement operations for key raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods. You will serve as the primary operational contact for suppliers, manage purchase orders, and ensure data accuracy in the ERP system. Your role will be essential in maintaining an efficient and reliable supply chain.

You Will Also Be Responsible For:

 

  • Managing supplier relationships to ensure timely deliveries, quality compliance, and cost efficiency.
  • Analyzing supply chain data to optimize stock levels and improve procurement strategies.
  • Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement and inventory management processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, contractual agreements, and regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting risk assessment efforts by identifying potential supply chain disruptions and developing contingency plans.

Profile & Other Information

 

You Will Be Succesful If You Have:

 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain within an international industrial environment.
  • Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate across departments (purchasing, accounting, supply chain, project management).
  • Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and efficiency in remote team collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on quantitative data.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, D365, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
