Purpose
Our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team plays a crucial role in driving strategic decision-making by ensuring financial data integrity, providing valuable insights, and supporting business planning. As an FP&A Analyst, you will be at the heart of financial reporting and forecasting, collaborating with key stakeholders to optimize performance and guide strategic investments.
Key Missions
You main missions:
- Ensure financial data accuracy and maintain financial master data across systems.
- Analyze key Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet indicators (revenue, OPEX, COGS, DSO, inventory, CAPEX) to provide meaningful insights.
- Deliver variance analysis, comparing actuals versus budget and prior years, and present findings to finance and business teams.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management, enabling data-driven decisions.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and three-year planning by consolidating and analyzing key business data.
- Assist in business case preparation for investment committees related to CAPEX and R&D projects
Profile & Other Information
You will success in this role if you have the following:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in financial planning, controlling, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools (SAP, Hyperion, or similar).
- Ability to communicate financial insights effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data quality issues.
