Industrial Engineer

Purpose
Key Missions
The key mission of the role is product development and industrialization:
- Product and process definition according to the specification
- Product & process validation in production
- Product & process Industrialization : ensure all the intermediate steps till the ramp-up in volume at an acceptable yield
- Product & process deployment/transfer between sites
- Writing of associated qualification reports, test reports and relevant documentation
The main responsibilities:
- Project management, tracking & reporting:
- Define project planning and key milestones
- Risk analysis and mitigation/contingency actions
- Inform and react in case of delay or unexpected event
- Follow project expenses
- Weekly report to direct management
- Support other teams and customer programs
- Regular (bi-monthly) trips to plan
What we expect from you?
Know-How:
- Degree in engineering
- >5 years experience in industrial environment, ideally in product industrialization & manufacturing processes
Skills:
- Project management skills, leadership
- Concise and analytical mind
- Communication and influence skills
- Ability to work within a network
- Reactivity and ability to get results
- Autonomy on the job
- Fluent in Czech and English (speaking and writing)
