Manufacturing Continues Process Improvement Engineer

Purpose

This role focuses on optimizing the interconnected components of a manufacturing system (e.g. personnel workflow or ergonomics, materials logistics, production process sequence, and equipment layouts, etc.) via Lean Manufacturing tools.

Key Missions

 

  • Production process formalization
    • Mapping & formalization of actual (batch size, counting procedure, incoming inspection, number of operators…)
    • Identification & documentation of differences between 2 sites
    • Improvement plan proposal and implementation
  • Productivity optimization leader 
    • Formalize the objectives (volumes, OEE, yield) 
    • Identify & solve challenges preventing to achieve them
    • Support claim corrective actions implementation
    • Transversal management with production and quality teams
  • Supplier Technical specification leader
    • Formalize Suppliers Technical Specification for all raw materials
    • Animate review meetings with internal team
    • Participate to meeting with suppliers
    • Ensure proper validation & signature of documents
  • Position acting at Ostrava and Haarlem
    • Position based at Ostrava (Czech Republic)
    • Regular trips to Haarlem (Netherland) to plan 

 

  • Know How
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial environment, ideally in production shopfloor yo understand industrial approach
