Purpose
Key Missions
The key mission of the Team Leader is to enable and empower a team to achieve both, collective and individual goals. It can involve delegation, instruction and training, but at the heart of it all is a desire to serve and focusing on developing team. Team Leader is empowering others to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Management of a team of 3 members
- Preparation and testing of a new product on a production facility prior to the start of production
- Qualification of new products
- Data preparation for production equipment
- Data preparation based on customer specification
- Support of production operators (training, troubleshooting)
- Creating basic scripts and macros for automation and data processing
- Active streamlining of existing processes
- Communication with management on a daily basis
What we expect from you:
Mandatory:
- Good skills in data processing and manipulation
- Basic knowledge of macros in MS Excel or MS Access
- Minimum secondary education
- Speaking Czech or Slovak - C2
- Knowledge of English – B2
- Good communication skills
- Developed organizational skills
- Team thinking and behavior, proactive attitude
- Basics of C#, SQL, XML
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Analytical thinking
- Ability and willingness to plunge into any problem, and to be able to tighten it
It is good to have:
- Basics of SQL
- MS Access
- Knowledge of managing OS Windows, networks
- Experience with data processing
- Experience in business environment
