The Business Development Representative objective is winning new customers, the focus will be IDEMIA's full suite of services within payment smart cards, personalization, Metal cards and Powered cards.
The role is essential for driving revenue growth to exceed budget targets, building key partnerships, expanding market reach to Financial Institutions, Fintechs and processors as well as driving innovation within the company.
Key Missions
As our new Business Development Representative, you will:
- Identify, drive autonomously new opportunities, maximizing sales potential with new customers
- Defines and implements new deal strategy while deliverables are approved by internal stakeholders (solution architect, pricing, sales management)
- Coordinates technical and commercial offers to new customers and prospects.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with new clients, vendors and industry players, leading to long-term business relationships.
- Focus on new sales initiatives, reach new market segments, and expand sales reach beyond traditional boundaries.
- Support the company in staying ahead of competitors by being proactive in identifying new market trends, new customer needs and emerging opportunities,
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to bring innovate solutions to the market, meeting customer demands and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Build a good product understanding
To succeed at this position, you should have:
- Experience of working in a Financial Institution, bank industry and/or Fintech, payment scheme, Minimum necessary experience: 5 years
- English and Latvian on fluent level,
- University degree or equivalent job experience – field related to the role,
- Proactive approach, action oriented, self driven,
- Excellent understanding of the payment industry,
- Good understanding of payment technology,
- Location Requirement: Candidate must be based in Riga, Latvia
