Key Responsabilities:

1. Maintaining good communication links and interfaces with all departments.
2. Operating and maintaining Mailer machines.
3. Ensuring that the finished products obtained from the machines match the quality and quantity constraints of the company.
4. Ensuring completion and accuracy of each job order/job number.
5. Adjusting program instructions for all mailing machines as required, using computer interfaces.
6. Maintaining cleanliness of the machine and ensuring it is in good condition before and after production. This includes checking the carrier profile and water level of PFE, ensuring correct label set-up and that the card will stick to the carrier, checking the trash can inside the machine and PFE folder for loose cards before switching to another job, etc.
7. Recording daily production activities in a logbook.
8. Performing ad-hoc activities as needed.

 

Purpose

This role performs tasks of the handling process to ensure the demand, on time delivery and required quality from customers. This role involves all order fulfillment activities, including picking, collating, packing, finishing or special packaging, quality control and dispatch to various items produced.

Key Missions

  • Assembles, packages, and labels finished products in accordance with IDEMIA processes and compliance
  • Ensures proper packing and packaging of product in accordance with specific customer requirements
  • Maintains records of fulfilment and packaging operation, using specified forms and systems
  • Develops lean procedures to improve the overall fulfilment and packaging process
  • Follows company policies and procedures regarding work quality, dress code and regulatory compliance
  • Trains other levels to be able to undertake packaging and fulfilment activites
  • Prepares and assures that the reports will be done
  • Ensures production paperwork is delivered to required station
  • Provides cover for the fulfilment flow leader as and when required
