Plant Operations Manager

Purpose

This role is accountable to deliver the financial and operational commercial target, production excellence and business integrity.

Key Missions

  • Manage the setup of an assembly road safety workshop in KSA and manage the operation of the workshop including the quality Insurance, local purchase and local subcontracted tasks.

  • Setting and monitoring key performance indicators and operational metrics

  • Analyzing and optimizing production processes and workflows

  • Managing and resolving operational issues and risks, hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating plant staff, ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards and regulations

  • Implementing and maintaining quality management systems and certifications N

  • egotiating and managing contracts and agreements with vendors and customers, as well as reporting and presenting operational results and recommendations to senior management.

Profile & Other Information

What can you bring ?

  • Industrial engineering degree (Bachelor)

  • Significative experience in the road safety field and Radars Assembly
  • Capacity of organization of workshop, management of parts, inventory ERP D365, lean manufacturing
  • Leadership Abilities: Effective leadership is essential for managing teams, motivating employees, and driving productivity.
  • Problem-Solving Aptitude: Plant managers troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and find solutions to challenges.
  • Process Improvement Knowledge: They continuously enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Effective Communication: Clear communication ensures employees and to the Authorities.
  • Project management, Planning and Forecasting of production.
  • Management of:
    • Supply Chain
    • Resources and P&L of the plant
    • Quality control of manufacturing
    • Assembly and Testing benches and tools
    • Environmental Health and Safety Compliance
  • Language: English; Arabic is a must to have; French optional
