We are looking for Sales Director based at Riyadh/ Abu Dhabi.


Purpose of the job:


Provide commercial leadership and coordination of all sales and business development opportunities within a nominated country or countries. Define and present the VCP strategy for the corresponding Country (ies) in agreement with the management. Implement the go to market approach as defined by the sub region leader and work closely with the team to bring it to reality for the business unit. This role will focus on meeting the financial objectives (Order Intake, Revenue & EBIT) of IDEMIA by qualifying, collaborating and then winning business in the assigned sub region and or countries as required.




  • Responsible for all commercial deals and opportunities in Saudi Arabia and any other countries nominated
  • Maintain and improve the company’s competitive position through business growth and development.
  • Negotiate and hold the commercial position for IDEMIA locally
  • Ensure that IDEMIA’s capability is marketed and sold in accordance with budgeted objectives to obtain maximum profitability.
  • Participate and provide leadership in the development of new project proposals.
  • Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.
  • Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs.




  • Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of people, contracting, negotiating, and change management. Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations.
  • Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations efforts.
  • Candidates with prior background and connections on biometric, ID document or Passport
  • Experience with physical secure documents and digital identity
  • Candidates with strong background dealing with governemental projects
  • Ability to develop strategies for the successful introduction and growth of different offerings and to implement these strategies.
  • Considerable knowledge of some of the countries of the coverage area and the ability to become familiar with the remaining countries.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Strong in Microsoft tools Excel and Word,,.
  • Languages Arabic, English
