Site System Engineer

Purpose
This role is responsible for System Acceptance for multiple road safety projects (Saher) in Saudi Arabia supporting IDEMIA's processes and operations.
Key Missions
• Plans, implements and attends onsite system acceptance test
• Follow up the status of the site and close all acceptance milestones and get customer approvals without comments
• Manages and improve acceptance procedures.
• Manages customer requirements and needs.
• Understands system configuration.
• Customer and internal reporting
• Works with the customer and the internal team to fix site comments during the acceptance tests.
• Quality control and assurance
• Provides installation, configuration and maintenance documentations when required
• Assists IDEMIAs teams and customer to fix technical issues and risks, in line with service-level agreements
• Works under supervision

- 2-3 years experience in road safety projects ,CCTV, networks, or any related projects.
- Proved onsite experience
- Computer science or engineering degree
- Fluent in English.
