Purpose
This role aims at optimising and monitoring the quality level of supplies by having the objective to maximize customer satisfaction as well as IDEMIA's performance.
Key Missions
Qualifies IDEMIA's suppliers
Conducts audits at suppliers’ premises to evaluate supplier quality maturity and to ensure compliance with IDEMIA and customer quality standards and business needs
Monitors IDEMIAs suppliers’ performance in terms of quality, on-time-delivery and respect of service-level agreements, by analyzing KPIs and by conducting supplier audits
Conducts and drives the root-cause analysis of non-quality issues or events and ensures proper corrective actions are defined and implemented by suppliers
Ensures IDEMIA quality standards are maintained for suppliers’ new products or product changes
Drives alignment between Supplier, Procurement Business Partners, Production, Purchasing, Supply Chain and Engineering teams
Contributes to specification definition and check the suppliers’ ability to meet the requirements
Develops suppliers by supporting or driving the implementation of continuous improvement activities (deployment of best practices such as “Total Preventive Maintenance’, “Lean”, “Seven quality basics”, etc.)
Inspecst quality of incoming supplies in IDEMIA premises (for team-members based in production sites)
Validates introduction into production
Manages segregation of non-conforming products
Reviews problem solving report (8D’s)
Monitors and reports relevant KPIs and may manage a team Conducts supply inspection
Conducts supplier audits
Prepares inspection reports
