Purpose
Key Missions
- Develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable components following industry best practices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product owners to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs/services.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and reliability.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects and production issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high code quality.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
- Ensure applications comply with security, performance, and platform guidelines.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging mobile technologies and recommend improvements where applicable.
Profile & Other Information
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant mobile development experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with React Native.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
- Understanding of React concepts such as components, state, props, and hooks.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
Good to Have
- Knowledge or experience in native iOS development (Swift and/or Objective-C).
- Knowledge or experience in native Android development (Kotlin and/or Java).
- Knowledge of mobile security best practices
- Familiarity with publishing apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Exposure to automated testing frameworks (Jest, Appium).
- Experience with offline storage solutions such as SQLite or Realm.
- Knowledge in Agile development environments.
