Procurement Executive

Role

The Procurement Executive shall assist Procurement Manager on the day-to-day activities in fulfilling the purchasing needs of end users and tenders/contracts.

Responsibilities

  • The Procurement Executive shall be responsible to:

    • Assist in the procurement processes (e.g. RFQ, PR/PO, etc.)
    • Manage all post-PO activities (e.g. expediting, payments, NCs, etc.)
    • Track the delivery and manage the logistics arrangement for equipment and software procurement for APAC, in close collaboration with local and global Procurement teams.
    • Perform Goods receipt for all the items received and services rendered by our vendors
    • Prepare program related documentations for execution, quality audits and tracking
    • Evaluate existing vendors’ performance on periodic basis
    • Manage new supplier qualifications and existing supplier relationships
    • Other tasks as assigned by Reporting Manager

Profile & Other Information

  • Diploma/Degree in Purchasing/Supply Chain or any Engineering field
  • Preferably possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in IT related industry
  • Experience in project management and activities coordination with excellent collaboration skills
  • Experience in managing vendors and logistical arrangements
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Office 365
  • Good written and verbal skills in English
  • Good teamwork skills – communication, problem-solving, time management, issue management, critical thinking
